On an otherwise ordinary night in May of 1996, Paul J. Furio
and Mary Margaret McDonagh were both in the same place at the same time, that being
the infamous Manray nightclub of Boston's Central Square. Neither suspected
that before the night was over, they would catch each other's eye, dance together, and
agree to go out on a date the following week. But indeed they did date, a date that despite
viewing the awful movie The Craft, led to another date, and another, and to make
a long story short, the happy couple fell hopelessly in love. Roughly six years later, having driven the 3000 Miles across the United States to live just outside Seattle, Washington, Paul picked Mary up for a surprise dinner date. On a boardwalk overlooking the city skyline, the relationship moved forever into a new phase as Paul dropped to one knee, pulled out a ring, and proposed Marriage to Mary. Much to Paul's relief, Mary said "Yes!"

This website exists to celebrate the Love between Mary and Paul, as well
as to inform the guests of their Special Day and all details involved in the Wedding Ceremony
and Reception. We look forward to having all our newfound friends in Seattle join us, as well
as our families from the East Coast, and friends from college and Boston. We graciously thank
the McDonagh family for funding our celebration, as well as for the endless Love and Kindness
that they have shown both of us through the years. Updates will be performed at very least weekly, and are documented under the Updates page of this website. Other information is accessible by following the links above. Suggestions, questions and comments may be emailed to wedding@staticengine.com, which will reach both Mary and Paul. |
